URL - Cityworks (shreveportla.gov) Click the URL link and the application will launch in the default browser. If the default browser is IE enter the URL in another browser's window or if needed download another browser. | * User access to the application should be requested via a ticket with proper supervisor approval. A request form has been completed and needs to be approved by IT management before it will be released for small requests. * For the mass adoption of Cityworks by different departments, the expectation is that initial requests for access will be submitted by the management teams for the users in their departments. *Currently Jeremiah Fortner and Valerie Jackson configure new users for Cityworks. |
Add to Favorites - Click the star in the browser window. | Open Mozilla Firefox. Browse to the page you want to add as a bookmark. Select the Star on the address bar. From the menu that drops down, give your favorite a name, then select Done. |
